A sure sign that you need a new website.

iPowerWeb, if you receive enough complaints about your website that the top feature for logged-in customers assumes they’re frustrated, why not redesign?

Actually I switched from iPowerWeb to Bluehost.com a few weeks go.
I switched to Yahoo web hosting a while back after trying a few of the others and I’ve been very happy with Yahoo. It’s a little more expensive than iPowerWeb, but it has great functionality and works well.
Oh – this isn’t the post I was looking for…
iPower support is horrible. On two occasions, I’ve waited over an hour to “instant chat” with tech support, and forget about trying to reach someone on the phone.
I’m not really sure they even exist.
I use godaddy. I know there is controversy about their advertising campaign, but it is cheap and reliable hosting. I’ve always gotten great support when needed.
