Robin asked for an 11-word thought. This one isn't huge, but it's something I've been more and more convinced of recently: "Keeping paragraphs 5 lines or less will always improve web writing." Hobbes, If an idea simply can't be summed up, then I will say something about it, rather than addressing it as a whole. Also, I'm open to lists of 22, so that gives some freedom.
