I got to tour a Crayola factory
once.
It was a colorful experience.
I’ve wondered about some of these and fake eyelashes.
hilarious!! My boys will be parked here for the afternoon….they love to learn how things are made!
I love how-to videos!!!! So fun for kids. So interesting for everyone! Merry Christmas to me!
Thanks for ruining my shameless enjoyment of hot dogs, I’m feeling a little queasy!
Also…when watching the “Snow White” video, notice that it is only “pretty girls” that work for Walt Disney company according to the narrator…aahhh, the good old days:-)
love the how to on the pedal steel guitar. thanks!
Did you see these on Mr. Rogers???
The crayon video was my favorite Sesame Street short as a kid. That totally made my day.
What fun! My daughter and I are really enjoying these!
Thanks a lot, and happy Christmas.
ED…
ditto, Amanda–
this post reunited me with the Sesame Street video that burned visual and emotional impressions into me as a kid.
I was so happy to see it posted here!

My husband and I also had a blast looking at the clip on cymbals. In the process of sharing it with friends, we learned that Zildjian, the world’s largest cymbal-maker, was founded in Turkey by an Armenian man during the Ottoman empire. It’s been a business for almost 400 years!
I think we will watch all of these gradually through the day for Christmas tomorrow.
We have no family in town so we’re drawn Christmas out into a long day of family leisure, opening presents as we go, playing games, etc.
This will give us something else to pace ourselves.
I am guessing Molly said “no” in regards to posting the other tutorial you were watching?
