Juice+concentrate+water+citric acid+ascorbic acid+potassium metabisulfite=100% juice?

A guest post by Jessica Melling

Even natural ingredients in small quantities bring down the percentage.

For the sake of accurate labeling, I would happily drink 97.3% juice.

Are you telling me that our super markets are full of lies? Nooooo!!!

Supermarket tip of the day: Stay away from the ingredient High Fructose Corn Syrup. How can you tell if you have been consuming this product? Pinch your belly. If you are able to pinch then the answer is yes. :)

High Fructose Corn Syrup, that is so true David.

Also stay away from anything you can’t pronounce and if your vocabulary is really extraordinary, anything your grandma can’t pronounce. That would definitely help out.

I agree about the truth in the labels, most of them say made from concentrate and still say 100% juice, but inherently isn’t it concentrate, water, and any other additives for preservation?
