Blog tip: Guide readers to old content by manually adding related items after your posts.
Instead of offering automatically generated, often irrelevant “related posts” after your blog entries, take an extra minute to add actually related posts.

We just added an automatic one to our website and within a few days it dropped our bounce rate by about 6%. I wonder what a manual one would do…
Unfortunately when you have 10 or so writers, it’s difficult to get them all to pick related posts manually… But we have been trying to get everyone to link terms to other posts that explain them. :)

Been thinking about it, but have thus far been too lazy!
LinkWithin is an automatic related links generator that works well enough, plus it includes pictures from the target posts. I like it!
