It seems it’s possible to both overdo it and underdo it in the ice-scraping department.
For 498.75 Swedish Krona ($69.50 USD), Saab offers a nifty little ice-scraper.
But when I need a mini-scraper, I prefer my Visa.

What’s an icescraper?
Come to think of it, what’s an “ice”?
;)
(welcome to texas in winter!)
From here in Southern California, I’m also not sure what he’s talking about.
From here in Montana, you can have some of ours. We’ve got way more than we need.
Your mini-scraper is probably more expensive when you add up all the fees you pay to Visa… and it doesn’t have a beard.
The beard absolutely makes ALL the difference.
Truer words have never been spoken.
just bought THREE!! thanks for the heads up!!!
Hmmmm… That would also be a nifty little self-defense tool when walking to the car in a dark parking lot.
On second-thought: it’s too stupid-cold to defend myself. If someone is gonna lie in wait for me, they DESERVE my purse.
Put a flame thrower on it and I’d pay $70 for it. Throw in a monkey to use the flame thrower for me so I don’t have to go out in the cold and I might even pay $75, but no more.
Careful, I broke a college ID card that way.
credit cards break in two when its 40 below…
Celsius or Fahrenheit?
+1
Advice–don’t use a bent-in-half pop can. It leaves nasty metal scraping marks that don’t go away.
Those ingenious Swedes!
They’ve a knack for stretching money AND pulling it out of consumers!
A cd case doubles as an ice-scraper.
Saab Ice Scrapper: $70
Ice: $0
Visa used as an ice scrapper: Priceless.
For everything else… there’s MasterCard.
Maybe it’s because I’m new here, but I just can’t see how this is 22 words…? Is it just too cold to count?
I’m glad you’re here, Brenda! Here’s how I counted…though I admit, numbers with decimal points and dollar signs and abbreviations can all complicate a word count.

My awesome $3 ice scraper is always available under my car seat, so I’ve rarely needed a “mini” one.
Here in New England, our weather is described by some old-timers as “9 months of snow and 3 months of bad sledding”, which is, of course, an exaggeration almost as big as the price-tag on Saab’s mini ice-scraper, but a fun exaggeration, anyway!
What happened to Saab making quality automobiles? Economic crisis hits and they revert to ice-scrapers. Sad times.
