There may be no such thing as chance, but we can’t live that way.

God runs reality such that decision-making based on “the odds” is legitimate and necessary.

Thus, it’s reckless to treat chance as imaginary.

      I like it. It reminds me of the late Keith Greene’s thoughts on the rapture of the church, whether it will be a pre-tribulation rapture or a post-tribulation rapture:

      “Pray for pre-, prepare for post-.”

      Also, another quote, but I don’t remember who said it originally:

      “Pray like it all depends on God and work like it all depends on you.”

    By “chance” I’m guessing you mean “somewhat predictable but nonetheless uncertain outcomes” more than “random luck.”
