When I was newly wed, I went to a very similar meeting with my overly enthusiastic and imbalanced duplex neighbor. The week I went, there were no rattlers. (I think that was the following week’s highlight, but I missed it.) I left thinking that these folks save a lot of money by having their workouts in the church building instead of paying a YMCA membership fee.
