While that 3rd pic is cute, I’d have to say no. As wonderful as some dogs are, they can still hurt unintentionally. I have a 3 inch scar on my leg from where my loving pet accidentally slipped when climbing off my lap. Even if you can say that a pet would never purposely harm a baby, you can’t guarantee against accidents.
It’s a little like watching ZW toss his kids in the air (that they nearly hit the ceiling)–cute AND scary. :)

Child abuse. I’ve heard a couple stories of dogs killing babies, and sorry, they are still animals that live by instincts.
I can understand someone saying “I’d never do that”, but this did come across as a tad harsh…

I hope the baby doesn’t suffocate. Plus I have a feeling that dogs could very easily have a taste for babies…But people love anthropomorphize animals.
I gotta say there isn’t any dog in the world quite like a mastiff… that kid’s expression in the last picture cracks me up! :)
