Yes!! Oh man, I grew up with the quality of Calvin’s snowman work haunting me as I attempted some of my own. He was our inspiration. Our muse.

Absolutely hysterical! A few years ago, my brother & I did this outside w/ our children. We made a car, built 4 snowmen on top, and one separated snowman who’d been hit… I don’t think our kids appreciated it as much as we did! But it brought back great memories of reading Calvin & Hobbes.

I hate to be a scold but I wonder if Bill Watterson would approve of someone else reprinting his intellectual property (or maybe his syndicate’s; but anyway the point remains) on their website without permission. Especially a website that runs ads and generates revenue.

Of course maybe he will make a few bucks from the amazon links, but it’s still his work and his decision to make.

I’m really inspired with your writing skills and also with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it your self? Either way keep up the excellent high quality writing, it is uncommon to see a nice blog like this one today..
