    This map shows zero collaboration between the US West Coast and Japan.

    And no connection between the US and India.

    And no connection between the US and China.

    I think these are errors.

      Not so sure about that. There are some faint ‘rays’ going east from the W. coast of the U.S. and it could be that for aesthetic reasons the rays going to India go through Europe, and get obscured. In that sense this visualization is flawed.
