Actually, now that I look at it closer, the dad’s arms seem to indicate that it’s real.
All the other dad’s keep their arms in the air, cuz the baby will land right away, but the dad who tossed his kid way up knew he had a second so he brought he arms down…
I would infer the uppermost baby is actually a dummy (like for infant CPR). Note how each of the other babies adjust their bodies in space, to maintain full face/eye contact with their dad. The dummy is unable to do so , of course, thus randomly turns sideways with the toss. Also, the arms and legs just don’t quite look right. All of this, speaking as a pediatrician. I’m just sayin’.
Photoshop
Quite possible. Any evidence of it?

That’s my working theory, at least.
I think that’s a baby-shaped helium balloon that the poor man just lost.
I think the kid just barely cleared the rooftop, which is still pretty high… and then photoshop helped exaggerate. My theory anyway.
that’s definitely photoshopped. here’s the original
and apparently html doesn’t work in the comments these days… http://i54.tinypic.com/risqie.jpg
