    Looks like the snowman belongs in Pennsylvania instead of in Mississippi. Well, minus the mustache. Hilarious!

  5. Don’t know when this picture was taken, but it was not 1890. Look at the houses in the background.

      That’s what I was thinking… but the clothes look right- ?

      It’s from the 20th century. This picture is part of the Victorian Children of Natchez by Thomas and Joan Gandy photograph collection. I believe they compiled authentic pictures AND recreated portraits using authentic dress, as well. Therefore, this was probably made to appear as if it was 1890, but was a recreation.
