He’s 5’7″, 5’11″ with the afro. This must be where Fletch got the idea.
Although the Jehovah’s Witness idolatry is a drawback, he’s still a fabulous musician and showman.
This pic was more like 1977-78 when he was sporting the big afro. By 1979, he started straightening his hair and coming it down (see “Prince” album cover).
