Hands of course! With hands I can pilot a plane, skydive, paraglide, design a pair of wings, etc.
I’m not sure we can call what is at the end of Superman’s arms “hands.” Also, not so sure if Batman has hands. It looks like he’s hiding something–or nothing.
So, purely based on the fact that he looks happy and can fly, I pick Superman (to kindof not answer your question.)
I just realized you are making the same point about Superman’s hands. Rest of my answer stands.

I don’t know about having hands. It looks like they both have them, but Batman sure looks pissed off!!! LMAO.
Why does being able to fly mean I can’t have hands? Can I have just one and and be able to jump really high?
Fly, everyone has hands (almost).
I also think having feet is a good idea. Just for the record, Batman is a superhero!
