China, but they _are_ still at the lower end of the small car range. One’s a Suzuki somethingorother which I think is a rebadge of the Daihatsu Mira (a very dinky 4-seater even by japanese K-car standards) and is an ubiquitous cheap ride across south/east asia. The other is a Peugeot 206 CC, a shortened 2-seat convertible version of their regular second-smallest model. They’d look fairly diminutive in europe, too.
I just hope the 206 driver has a remote roof-close function because the Suzuki driver is going to be pissed once he manages to escape from the trap. Scratched paint and slashed tyres are one thing, but a ruined interior is far worse.
It is chinese, the license plate is for beijing. the guys aren’t saying much, they are just saying “how will he/she get out?” and “ah, that’s pretty cool”. and clearly it was staged. minorly clever, though.
What a great video! Large S.U.V.s allow for getting stuck in more remote places. (This I know by experienced.) These small “smart” cars don’t even have to get out of the parking stall to “get stuck”!
wtf where is this, europe? those cars are tiny!
There’s also some kind of weird compression in the image, the cars are kinda squashed
recorded in widescreen, uploaded in full-frame…

I think it is France.
They are definitely not speaking French. It’s somewhere in Asia. Take a closer look at the license plate.
And the writing in the upper right corner of the video. Asia.
The cars are weird, but the sense of justice is perfect.
It would be really creative if I could understand what they are saying…it’s Austrian isn’t it…
It’s fake. Chinese viral marketing for that vehicle.
The poor people they both parked next to won’t be able to get in their cars either. ha
Fake As Hell.
