True? I have no idea. A bit chilling? Yes.

    Very interesting

  2. Hmmm … makes me wonder how many other religions have similar backstories.

I like how people “imagine” something to be fact and speak as if it where.
Making up a religion to get crucified upside down, dipped in tar/impaled/set on fire, eaten by starving and injured lions, get property confiscated, etc. seems like a real way to win in life. And that’s just one of them (religions).
    Smart analysis there.

Please remember that this is one man’s point of view. To develop a fair, unbiased opinion about anything, you must hear both sides of the story. Do not jump to conclusions before you have all the facts. This young man inherited his great-grandfather’s gift of public speaking. Being convincing does not make it true. Being angry does not make it true. Having a compelling story does not make it true. Find out for YOURSELF before judging anyone or any thing. I am not a Scientologist but I do know that there is a lot of very important information that the ruling classes do not want the general population to know about. The best way to keep this information secret is to discredit and vilify anyone who dares to speak. Find out for yourself what is truth and what is not.

If being convincing doesn’t make it true why should we believe your convincing argument you have just left? Also, Scientology’s belief system doesn’t hold up to scrutiny. Plus arent you just accusing Dewolfe of what he is accuse Hubbard of? “The best way to keep this information secret is to discredit and vilify anyone who dares to speak.”

Good points. I try to look at everything with an open mind. I have my religious opinion and it differs vastly from Scientology, but I did my research. I’ve spoken to people associated with scientogy. There is currently, and has almost always been, a lot of bad press about their “religion”. Their “prophet” was a proven liar and cheat, which helped me form my opinion regarding their organization. Unfortunately their tactics are relentless when it comes to silencing those who “defect”, as well as to recruit new members. It is based in lies and deciet for the purpose of bleeding the life and finances from their victims-er…believers. It is interesting reading how people get sucked into these kinds of scams, and mind boggling.

      “the ruling classes”… awesome!

That music was pretty cool. Almost “surf noir.” I dig it.

He’s legit…as far as wiki is concerned. Interesting reading about his GG on wiki too. The pull of ANY religion and the power people let it take over their lives continues to amaze & frighten me

  7. Brooke says:

I believe it – based on the fallacy that nobody would take the time to think up such an elaborate lie, with the names and hair color references. Anyone could easily discredit him with a google search so it would be pointless to put so much effort into being believable.

  8. John says:

Isn’t it obvious….DeWolf is filled with Body Thetans that were programed by the evil psychiatrists on Venus. Xenu employed the Evil Psychiatrists 75 million years ago. I guess that makes psychiatry the truely “oldest profession.” Sorry ladies. BTW, anyone have insight as to specifically why LRH (as he is affectionatly known in Scientology circles) came to believe psychiatry as the biggest evil of all? Why psychiatry? Why not, say, politicians, IRS agents or, most evil of all, the timeshare salesman?

The audience member at 6:20 looks like David Berkowitz (Son of Sam)
