They use this in Brazil cause here is a gigantic wealth divide between the slums and the villas right next to each other. They even take defensive driving lessons fit their whole cars with this expensive solution. It doesn’t work if you hit the same place twice though, Would cost less to invest in social repairs but I guess they don’t get it.
