      It really isn’t that bad. What’s weird is once you start eating healthy food, your body gets used to it, so if you go back to eating something like friend chicken or other unhealthy choices, your body freaks out, and you end up feeling sluggish and overall crappy. Just from my experience. I’m no health nut, but…nowadays I would rather eat a salad over a giant burger. You just get used to it. But no one, and I mean NO ONE, could ever take my sweets away from me. Lol…moderation, my friend, moderation. Also, I used to hate going to the gym, but eventually got addicted to cardio and working out in general. Also weird…It’s hard to start, but once you are on the bandwagon, I think it is easier to make it a normal routine.
