That is not unusual in central melbourne. There is quite a few graffittied laneways there.

You guys DO realize that this is completely photoshopped, right?
Why would anyone go to the trouble of photoshopping something that you could just walk outside and take? These laneways are a bit of a Melbourne icon. People actually get wedding photos taken in them.
