Beautiful set, but there will probably be issues with the large knife’s hole in the middle when you try to slice through something.
As one who works with food, I’d probly never use these. Too light, odd grip, and even if we’re supposed to use them while nested, the other blades are likely to pop out at random. Will stick with my tried and true blades.
