How to bring new life to a shabby privacy fence with marbles and sunshine
Here’s a fun project from Garden Drama for those with boring old fences…
Festooning a six foot privacy fence with marbles is addictive fun that really adds a pop and punch to the garden setting, especially when the sun hits it from the back. The process is pretty simple.

It’s as simple as…
…first, find your marbles if you’ve lost them, then determine a drill bit size that will bore a hole ever so slightly smaller than your marble. You want it to press in snugly to help it stay put. No adhesive needed.

Visit Garden Drama for just a couple basic precautions.

Marble-ous!
Real marbles are going for big $$$ at the auction! I would be careful using the best ones.
indeed they are. which is why we are KEEPING our old ones safe and playing with new ones. :)
now that’s rather cool! one to keep on the back burner.
It kind of looks like Christmas lights!
I’m pretty sure my neighbor would think I’ve gone crazy if I was out there drilling holes in my fence and filling the holes with marbles!
