When I used to ride the subway, I would often see ads that had been vandalized by having the eyes cut out. I’m not sure why it was done, but it did make the pictures look very creepy. It looks like the ad with the baby was vandalized in that way.
Yeah, I see the Target logo, but it’s so faint I wonder if the baby ad is on top of the Target one, and the logo is showing through. Underneath the baby it kinda looks like you can see the shoulders and upper chest of a person showing through, too.

Apparently… Target. You can see the logo next to the baby’s head.
