I don’t get what the trouble is… just that they’re scared!? Or is the hand rail moving more slowly than the steps…
Most surprised how folks found the emergency stop button without a moment’s hesitation.
I think maybe they pull on the handrail so hard that it stops and makes the escalator stop.
I am aware now that there is a button to stop those things, and for this I thank you.
