That’s exactly what I’m thinking, reminds me of our niece and nephew when they spent last summer with us! We would find them in every kind of crazy position reading their books! Hey if it gets them to read, who cares if they even read it on their heads, lol
Love it, your pics are awesome. I love the one of him laying on his back with the book behind his head, haha!! They so remind me of my niece and nephew and my daughter when she was little!!
I tipped my computer screen back and it seems to be some sort of formal event…perhaps with dancing…not sure what the sumbliminal message is supposed to be haha
This is exactly how my son reads. I get dizzy just watching him. The only difference is that he usually reads on the couch so he has so much more room to stretch out.
… Or a college student
In what way does this only apply to a small BOY?
The ratio of furniture to reader of course!
It IS a small BOY…

When YOU draw, feel free to make your subjects exclusively female, or whatever underrepresented group you’d like.
I can’t remember the last time I saw a small boy reading an actual book!
My 8-year-old read like this — constantly moving — when he was reading at around age 4 / 5.
My son bounces around while he reads, but he reads. He is Kindergarten and loves his books, even if it takes him a bit to sound everything out.
In case you wondered what it looks like in real life: http://cherishthesedays.blogspot.com/2010/08/summer-of-magic-treehouse.html
Unfortunately, I can’t find any pictures right now of his not-uncommon position of having his legs on the couch with his head on the floor, reading upside down.

cute!
I’m a 21 year old girl and this is what I look like when I read! ha
aww the good ol’ days! What a great way to spend an afternoon! Where can I get an oversized chair and a day off!
So is it lazy that they put it on top of another picture or subliminal messaging? Im not sure myself cause I cant tell what the other picture is.

If it is an intentional background image of dancing, then perhaps it’s to go along with the illustrations of the dance of a child with a book.

uhhh i still do that when i read n im 20 lol
Shoot, I’m 26 and still read in quite a few of those positions. lol
Hello,
Does anyone know where I can get this picture or poster to hang it in our livingroom?
I would love to hear from anyone who knows more!!
