Most awkward and embarrassing penalty kick ever
I haven’t watched every penalty kick in order to confirm the accuracy of this post’s title, but how could it get any worse than walking up to the ball and falling down?
This is from a game last September between the Egyptian teams Al Ahly and Kima Aswan…

He got a card because you’re not allowed to swing your leg, stop then swing back again. You can stop your run to the ball completely and restart only as long as no part of your body goes back again. This guy faked and brought his leg back a second time to kick again.
