  1. Race doesn't Exist says:

Wait that’s not God, it’s one of those peel away masks. The weird nose is a dead give away. Must be you know who

  2. Jay Gunn says:

eh, murder is one of the few cultural universalities, even in racially homogeneous areas.

For what it’s worth, which I imagine is nothing, I have lost a bit of respect and appreciation for your blog with this post.

    • Jessica says:

That happens every time he posts something even mildly humorous about religion. Whether it’s an actual stab or not.

    • You probably respected it too much before, then. :)

    • Marci says:

I don’t understand how it’s religiously offensive. I only see it as funny and a stab at how imperfect humans are despite the way God intended us to be made. If you can really find a way to be offended then the door is that way.

    • Ricardo says:

I see what you mean with your comment. But what is not clear is the intent of the cartoon, are they saying God made a mistake? How dare they?

      • Janine says:

As Marci said, it’s a stab at human nature… not religion :)

      • JJES says:

I don’t believe in god, so you probably won’t care what I have to say, but if you believe as strongly as your comment suggests, what do you care what anyone says? It seems to me that if your faith is so strong, you’d know you’re right and what any one else says should be irrelevant.
I won’t comment on the intention of the cartoonist … I don’t know.

        • M Jane says:

I like your comment. Anyone who truly stands behind their own beliefs (whether they be in the existence of a god, many gods, or no gods) should not feel threatened by silly cartoons that represent a different opinion.

We should also be comfortable enough with our beliefs that we don’t feel the need to push them on everyone else so as not to be alone in them.

        • Bill says:

for the record, I don’t find this cartoon offensive, but I do disagree with your comment. Taking offense because of someone’s shot at or insult of your religion (though I don’t think that’s the case here) doesn’t depend on how strong one’s faith is. The fact that someone is trying to insult one’s religion is why one take’s offense.

I feel like I’m coming off more awkwardly worded than I meant to but hopefully you get my meaning :)

          • James1st says:

The Muslims take offense to any disrespect of the Islamic religion. They riot, burn, mutilate, kill, and shout repetitive slogans like,” My god is greater than yours…”. And I think we may all agree, That’s not right. Just ask our dear “friends” in Lybia and Egypt.

    • PhilA says:

damn, and he ran this whole blog just for YOUR respect!
      *rolls eyes*

if you can’t see the humour in this cartoon, then maybe you’re not his target audience…

    • Skulls says:

Me too, he could’ve stretched it further

  4. b says:

Religion is absent from this cartoon, color of skin does not mean religion. For all we know they can be a bunch of Christians, Buddhists, Muslims or even atheists.
If you are so easily offended by this cartoon; get a life.

I think the cartoon implies that we’ll have something to talk about because of our differences, but rather we wage war/kill/discriminate because of our differences.

  5. pfrtoo says:

God looks like Santa Claus in a hospital gown :)

People who are offended by this bc of their religion aren’t understanding the cartoon. You should be offended bc you’re human.

  6. matt says:

I think they are only offended because they didnt think the first people God created might have been something other than white

  7. CG says:

Hey guys, simplemente_bici never said anything about religion. You all just jumped to that conclusion.
