House-shaped tree created by extreme winds

According to the photographer who posted these pics from Denmark, this tree looks like this because,

This old pink house is situated at the old dunes, a few hundred meters from the west coast, a very windy place were there isn’t much that can grow. So the tree can only grow where it has shelter…

Wind…and maybe some pruning here and there, too. Still cool, though.

The sound those branches make all night long when they are scratching the house would drive me crazy. Very cool looking though, I do wonder what damage the roots are doing beneath the house.

From the way it looks the branches wouldn’t scratch the house very much. The way I took it the beach and winds come from the opposite side of the house and anything that sticks up gets broken off and blown away towards us.

    looks photoshopped

Why?? Just because it looks a little unnatural?

I don’t think it looks photoshopped at all. When big vehicles drive down a wooded road they prune the trees at the same time, little by little, and the trees describe a rectangular shape. This reminds me of that.
