Little kid runs onto the field at yesterday’s White Sox game
There was some cute and funny excitement briefly at yesterday’s game between Chicago and Baltimore…
(Only the first 45 seconds or so of the above video are relevant.)
From ESPN…
The game was briefly delayed in the top of the seventh inning when a young boy who appeared to about 4 or 5 years old slipped through a barricade and went running across the outfield. With the crowd laughing, White Sox left fielder Dayan Viciedo scooped him up and handed him over to a security guard.
The child and his family were ejected from the game per Major League Baseball rules but no charges were filed, the team said.

if the parent sent him out there then i understand ejecting them but if a 4 yr old just runs out on his own that SUCKS that they got ejected!!!!! that little dude didn’t know.
Yeah but maybe it’s incentive for parents not to let their children do it as well…
Pretty cool – must have been amazing fun for the kid!
