    At first I thought, “Wow, and he’s not wearing a helmet.”

    Then I realized that if he crashes at 55 mph, he’s pretty well screwed either way.

    Run your hand through water with some leaves or something floating in it, and you’ll see the leaves follow your hand. The movement through a fluid can create a vacuum-ish effect, the larger the frontal area and the faster the object, the more of a vacuum.

    If you look carefully, I think the speedometer is in kph. So that translates to ~34/35 mph. Still impressive (and stupid…er, dangerous).
