Jackie Chan says No to an autograph-seeking crowd with class and kindness
Recently, Jackie Chan was filming in Latvia. After signing autographs for several hours, he excused himself (quite sheepishly, it seems) by holding up this sign.
It translates: Sorry, I’m too tired, but I love you all.

that sucks – I would not want to have to answer to throngs of crazy people drooling over my handwriting.
@Eric: You have to remember Jackie Chan is really old so you have to cut him slack. After 8-9 hours of filming the last thing you want to do is sign autographs for another hour or two.

Don’t know about you, but I don’t consider 58 to be ‘really old’ – I agree with the second half of your comment though..

He did it in a good way. He was honest, but excused himself very politely. I’m sure his fans understood. I love Jackie Chan. :)
