47-year-old, disabled vet on crutches loses 140 pounds and walks again
Arthur Boorman was a disabled veteran of the Gulf War. His doctors told him that because of the injuries to his back and knees from jumping out of planes he’d never be able to walk unassisted again…

Wow! What an inspiration!
Nice story. :)
Thanks so much for sharing and encouraging, Gary
That is LIT’RALLY….the most inspiring person in the world.
Classic Chris.
absolutely incredible. anyone know what program he used to make this possible?
As far as I can tell from the video, good old fashioned hard work. There are no short-cuts…
The video (though still quite awesome) is a testimonial from a guy’s site who does a kind of “yoga for dudes.”
I have severe neck stenosis (3mm), along with herniated disks at every level. Surgery became imperative, but it is so vitally important that I engage in yoga consistenly. I have practiced yoga for over 20 yrs. and cannot recommmend it highly enough. It improves my flexibility and range of motion, and I definitely will have less pain on the days I do my yoga. The inner wisdom of our bodies will guide us to be gentle and will let us know if we try to overdo it. We will finish serene and relaxed, and will be very glad we did it!
truly inspiring….. positive thinking and positive people in your life make for a much brighter future :)
