Say a month or two from now you want to show this video to a friend: if the video were titled something like “woman bowling mistake” or “bowling mishaps” you would have to search through a lot of results before finding the specific video you’re looking for. But since the title accurately reflects the content of the video, one can easily search for “bowling ball ceiling” and find the video outright.
Meh – the ratio of people viewing it once (or a few times, at one sitting) for amusement vs people wanting it as reference material is too high. Besides, that’s what “favorite” is for. ;-)
Can we all agree that people who post funny videos and spoil the joke with the video title should be permanently banned from Youtube?
