  1. When I worked at a camera store, we just ignored people who were standing in front of the counter but on the phone. I had maybe one or two people who took it personally, but most everyone didn’t seem to care.

    That is so passive-aggressive, I would not be AT ALL surprised if it was in a Minnesota store. Does anyone know?

    I do not care How big a company you are, hire more people. Putting someone on hold to listen to bug-hair music blasing their eardrums out is rude. Then there is the lie. You will be on hold just a moment.Usually it is from 15 minutes to an hour and all that time you are being told over and over somone will be with you momentarily.
