I’m pretty sure football is America’s favorite sport.
I thought it was baseball. but ok
baseball and apple pie are outdated as Americas favorite things…
Hm, I don’t think they know us well, our favourite way to spell favourite is favorite.
I had a coworker from China – she learned English entirely from books. She never spoke it until she got here. Her written English (including her spelling!) is excellent, but her accent is pretty strong.
