While visiting a Welsh sanctuary for red kites, a rare medium-large bird of prey, one sightseer was able to capture an unlikely interaction between a kite and goose.

When one red kite dropped some meat it had been fed into a lake, another kite dove for it. She misjudged her dive and went all the way into the water. Just ending up submerged was enough to fluster the bird of prey, but then a nearby goose attacked her for being to close to his young.

After making his point, the goose left the poor kite alone to wallow in her shame and the water.
