Funny in a way but not very nice. I’m a Christian and I feel very sorry for this crazy branch of the pentecostal denomination. It’s not grounded in anything Biblical (just a lot of proof texting). That said, I know that this isn’t all pentecostals. This isn’t a very appropriate response to these people though. Mockery is not going to show them their idolatry.
no nasty comments here, I agree with you completely. I didn’t watch but just a few seconds of it, I found it a bit tasteless. Most of the posts on this site I really enjoy- I check it on a regular basis. This, however, just wasn’t for me.
Why have proper exegesis of Scripture and the making of disciples, when you can have unchecked emotion and emotional highs for an hour? Pentecostalism in the rest of the world doesn’t look like what you see in America, I am told. Sad.
I admit, that was funny. I couldn’t help but let out a few laughs thinking “This can’t be real”. I guess my religion would be labeled as “pentecostal”, but when you’re a follower of Christ, you have to remember that it’s not a religion, it’s a relationship. That being said, I would like to say that this was an entertaining video, but please don’t label all Pentecostal Christians as roving, twitchy maniacs. From experience, the genuine encounters seem to be more suppressed, not in a pastor’s face as he’s delivering a sermon…
I feel sad for them.Being happy and joyfull in the Lord, and even dance to express it is one thing.
But being posessed by some sort of spirit and making uncontrolled movements is another.
Maybe im judging to hard, but i dont know.
I just cant really asociate with this kind of spiritual manifestations although i fully believe in the power of the holy spirit and His manifestations.

Oh, THOSE are the people that vote for Romney. I’d never met any in real life, but figured they must exist someplace. It all makes sense now.
Haha! That was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a while!
