How could such symbiosis evolve? GOD is amazing! wow.
>>How could such symbiosis evolve?
“Muchhala suspects the bell-shaped flower and this nectar bat co-evolved, or influenced each other and evolved side-by-side. “This bat was just discovered last year, and now we’ve observed a very unique relationship with a local flower,” Muchhala said.
To confirm, he plans to measure snout length of tube-lipped nectar bats in different areas. If the bats have shorter tongues in areas where the local flowers have diminutive tubes and longer tongues with lengthier flowers, the finding would support co-evolution.”
>>GOD is amazing!
Which god do you refer to?
As soon as I heard him say “evolution” I knew someone would insist on leaving a comment like this.
And when I posted the comment, I knew someone would come back with something like this. ^
Whatever. I’d rather marvel at Nature’s God than Nature’s blind watchmaker.
You asked how it’s possible – I linked to a possible mechanism. Given that the bat wasn’t discovered until last year, any descriptive mechanism is speculative at best.
>>I’d rather marvel at Nature’s God than Nature’s blind watchmaker.
Genuine question: it seems like you’re trying to say “ignorance is bliss”. Why choose ignorance over knowledge? Knowledge of reality is far more marvelous than any of the wonderment I felt as a believer.
Why settle for anything less than the all satisfying God of the universe? People are so easily pleased.
I now realize there are no gods, so I don’t find any particular one of them to be satisfying.
