It would be the female equivalent of Benjamin Button.
They durned well better have another toilet somewhere nearby!
All it means is that they don’t have a public toilet but under extenuating circumstances they will allow people to use the employee bathroom.
Then they should have just said that. Plenty of disabilities aren’t visible. If someone with IBS or a UTI and needs the bathroom, you can’t tell that they have a valid medical condition just by looking at them.
