Doberman showing a great deal of restraint. The little beast would be kitten soup if the big guy wanted it to.
That was some very tender play going on there. They were not hurting each other, just playing. It was very cute to watch. My kitten watched with me and she tried to “join” in the game. I was laughing too hard to turn on the web cam.
It’s obvious that the Doberman wouldn’t hurt that kitten even if it had to. This was absolutely adorable.
It was mostly cute, but we did lose a new kitten to our dog once, so it was a little scary to watch.
Awwww… There such good friends.
It’s nice to see a cat lady with a nice house.

I had a 113lb Dobbie & Bk kitten…been 19yrs ago, but they would play the same! In fact I saw the kitten riding on Thor’s back, running across the yard! No movie camera then, but I have some negs to print of this beautiful dog, in a play,front body down, position…nosing Fred..Fred, the kitten,
lived 18yrs and was the Alpha of all the dogs we own over the yrs. All large breed.
Please notice that kitten has absolutely NO fear of those huge, ( to him),jaws. There is a lot of caring and love in this vid.
I give it 6 months till the mail man has had it…

So cute….that’s exactly how one of my greyhounds played with our kitten (and they are still good buddies.) Lluckily the other greyhound simply wasn’t/isn’t interested… Heck, they are retired and don’t wanna chase the fuzzies anymore!
… my dogs kill cats the first chance they get. none of this going on at my house..
Why would you teach them to do something like that?
That is one trusting kitten!
Makes me miss my Dobbie. They’re such lovely dogs…
