Capturing a large, confused beaver [2 pictures]
One animal control officer in Knox County, Illinois had his work cut out for him recently when a large beaver needed to be relocated. It had gotten confused and ended up in downtown Galesburg.
The officer found it cornered under some stairs and lassoed it around the tail with his catch pole…
After being captured, the beaver was set loose near Lake Storey, north of town.

That’s ok, there’s only one bullet, and it’s in the officer’s shirt pocket. ;-)
I live 5 miles from Galesburg, so this cracks me up to see this! That is one honkin big beaver! Jeeeez.

Wow, That beaver really got the butt end of that deal… I wonder how long they were “tailing” him? I will stop now. :P
The officer looks like the character “Hank” in Breaking Bad. Maybe that beaver was hustling meth….
