this was perfect, its exactly the method i used over the last 1.5 years and have lost 75 pounds. Learning how my body works ( and how to eat) was all it took. sharing this video with my friends.
Geez…so much wrong with this. 1) Breakfast = Look up intermittent fasting 2) Dairy = bad. 3) Low Fat = Chemical storm
