Watch an artist draw an ultra-realistic torn playing card
Artist Mark Crilley tears a King of Clubs into 4 pieces and then draws it with remarkable accuracy. By the end, unless you study the card and the drawing very carefully, the only way to tell them apart is that you watched him do the drawing, so you know it’s the one on the right…

Actually, it *is* just possible to tell the cards apart via the shadowing – particularly the bottom left shadow on the top right piece of card… Still quite impressive, though!
I think the shading is what makes his drawing the most impressive. The “regular” art on the cards, while not easy, is less difficult than the shading, which is absolutely amazing. I think the shadows sell it!
The 22Words creator needs to add a “Like” feature to peoples comments.
