Woman falls asleep on her scooter, nearly runs headlong into a semi
Of course, it would have been luckier for this lady to have stayed awake or at least to have drifted the other direction, but given how things actually went down, she’s pretty much the luckiest woman on the planet. I still can’t believe her (unhelmeted) head didn’t even touch the pavement…

On a related note, no civilians in these countries routinely drive around with dash cameras? In the states, it’s typically just the cops.

Brian, it is very common in Russia, and I would guess other countries, for people to fake accidents for insurance. So, to protect themselves, motorists have taken to using the dashcams. That is why there are so many videos of weirdness on the roads in Russia.
