Lazy stray dog sleeping in the street won’t get out of the way for a streetcar

If I was driving that trolley, I’d have used a bit of air horn to get that dog out of my way. Stupid animal.

In the beginning, you can see 2 other dogs lying by the side of the road. At the very end, you can tell the dog who was in the road is not walking properly. It was probably hit, crossing the street, and lay down because walking was too painful.
Wtf? Why was the person TAPING this than helping those dogs! What the HELL!
That black dog is CLEARLY injured, you can tell by how the back legs are moving.
