Fox News gets awkwardly pranked by a supposedly former Obama supporter
In an effort to shine a light on the plight of young, unemployed, disillusioned voters, Fox News aired a live interview with a man they thought was a part of that demographic. Whether or not he was remains a mystery since he made no sense at all. He was pretty funny, though…

Maybe they should do their “due diligence” before the interview. Oh wait, this is FOX.
You can do all the “due diligence” you want and it won’t save you if the person you’re “diligencing” is lying to you. (And I used to be a broadcast journalist, so I’m speaking from experience…)
I agree.
That doesn’t make any sense. Due diligence by definition can’t rely on the person telling you the truth. What kind of journalism is that? That’s why you try to VERIFY information.
Fact is, FOX was so eager to put on an anti-Obama voice that they didn’t verify his information and got screwed.
Pretty sure there is no shortage of anti-Obama voices out there. They wouldn’t have to scramble to find one. They thought this guy had a story worth reporting and it turned out to be a sham.
oooooo another attack on FOX. You’re so cool, Barbara.
She handled him very professionally. He was an jackass.
Correction: a jackass.
Well, that was hilariously awkward :D
No matter what unemployment is, this guy would never have a job.
This comment! YES!
Arg. All I feel is embarrassed for him. I’m sure he has a small group of friends to tell him he is awesome but most will just judge him as some idiot kid.
