Methinks the Day-Lewis was not the best choice for this film. The Day-Lewis, whom I usually like, seems a bit too Day-Lewisy here.
That’s not what Lincoln sounds like, in my head. It’s hard not to see this as an SNL skit.
They left out the vampires…
