Man backflips off a cop car over a cop, nails the landing, gets arrested
Some NSFW language from an ornery policeman…
The surprisingly athletic “smart-ass” gets arrested for mischief and public drunkenness. The mischief makes sense, but drunkenness? If he can land a backflip, I imagine he can walk a straight line.
Also, the cops threaten the person filming. That can’t be legal, can it?

Also, let’s not forget – let’s *not* forget, Dude – that keeping wildlife, an amphibious rodent, for uh, domestic, you know, within the city – that aint legal either.
Recording on duty police is protected in the 1st amendment. If the police want to bust you, I say keep going. That dept. will go bankrupt soon enough from the lawsuit you will win from wrongful imprisonment.

Some states in the USA actually have passed laws to make it a crime to film police without their permission. Some of these have stood up against court challenges. I saw a youtube video where a woman was arrested on her own property filming an arrest on the street infront of her house. Cop kept saying, I don’t feel safe with you behind me.
Using the color of authority to order someone to stop engaging in a constitutionally protected act is a federal crime threatening to arrest someone for engaging in protected first amendment activities is coercion a felony l
All of those have been overturned when challenged in court. Doesn’t stop police from making up boilerplate fake charges…
That second cop needs to be reminded that threatening to arrest someone for filming them is not allowed. What a dick.
It is actually from New Brunswick Canada…but no you can’t be arrested for filming an RCMP officer performing his duties….and yes they were drunk….

Yeah, the legality of filming a cop is definitely up for debate (both USA and Canada). But no matter how cool you make it look, you can expect to get arrested for climbing on a cop car. Above-average athleticism, below-average intelligence.
“Yeah, the legality of filming a cop is definitely up for debate”
That is just sad.
Goes to show that what we call human or constitutional rights, are actually privilleges that can easily be taken away.
Also, the police is fat.
Why antagonise a cop, huh? I mean, really. Why the cops? Why not pull those shenanigans off of your local elected officials desk while they waste tax-payer dollars then you could get arrested for a worth-while reason.
Drunk dude’s a douche.
