Wow,mr Grey sure knows how to simply explain what my country is,for those that never understood.
I’ve always heard Curaçao pronounced “kur-a-SOW” (and I’ve been there; been to all of them except Statia) ; maybe “kur-a-kow” is the Dutch pronunciation.
Actually it IS pronounced “kur-a-sow” in Dutch. The ç has a S sound. You can check google translate and have it pronounce it in Dutch for you.
I was less confused before I watched this. Ignorant, granted, but not confused…
