    My fav is by Lee Romao. Most of them have made it look like Popeye has a engorged nutsack hanging underneath his nose, and Dino Tomics is plain creepy!

    I like Micky Betts, #5, better then most, the white stubble gave it the perfect element of grizzled salty dog for me.

      soandso- I did my version in 2006, Dan’s is from 2012. Dan actually emailed me and asked if it was okay that he used my Popeye art as reference. So it’s all cool.
